model: rosie
designer: lynn to
makeup artist: lidija j

yesterday it was my birthday and i turned twenty. after a short week of (much needed, i feel) holidaying, today i will finally get back to work. there are so many pictures that need retouching & so many blog posts to make! i can't wait to show you all the photos i've been taking.. some which may take longer to release than others.

this is a shoot i did for a very talented designer that i used to go to school with, her name is lynn. we spent a sunday afternoon on the rooftop parking lot of a shopping centre in the freezing cold taking pictures. rosie was a total trooper, considering the clothes she was wearing in the windy coldness!

also, THANK YOU for five hundred blog followers!! you're all amazing. i got to my goal of 500 before my birthday :)

  10. happy belated birthday! :)

my favourite series lately, the model is special and both the colour and the b&w verisons turned out amazing! good job :)

p.s.: how can that happen that photoshop doesn't want to recognize your b&w action, you've posted here lately? I've never had problems with the curves before, so I don't get this... and I want this b&w action soooo much! *-* :(

  13. thank you so much everyone! for the birthday wishes and the lovely words x

dori: i've had a few people having trouble with my b&w action, but lots of people have showed me the results of using it, so im assuming there should be nothing wrong with it. i made it using photoshop cs5, so it should work with all the versions of photoshop, but not elements. have you tried copying & pasting the action into the photoshop>presets>actions folder, then restarting photoshop? that should work. email me if it doesn't juliatrotti@gmail.com
